Fresh chilli’s are also a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A and vitamin Bs as well as minerals potassium and magnesium.  Studies have also shown that fresh chills can have an effect on reducing cravings for salty, sweet and fatty foods plus have an effect on your metabolism.

2 large tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 lime
Fresh chilli
Fresh coriander

1. Dice the tomatoes, red onion & finely chop the fresh coriander & a pinch of fresh chilli.
2. Add the juice of 1 lime & a pinch of pepper & mix.
3. Top with a sprinkle of fresh coriander & a pinch of pepper & serve.
