#FoodieFridays: Banana and cinnamon omelette

I love having a good breakfast and this is a delicious number from my Results with Lucy recipes. It’s so simple and gets you ready for the day ahead. I asked my nutritionist why this recipe is good for me, and it’s because of these 2 main ingredients. Bananas are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6, vitamin C and fibre.
